The shareholders of McNamee Lochner P.C.. are pleased to announce that Mathew P. Barry and April M. Dalbec have been made shareholders in the Firm effective July 1, 2013.
Mathew P. Barry practices in the firm’s litigation and commercial lending groups with a focus on commercial litigation and real property disputes for businesses and individuals. Mr. Barry has been involved in numerous complex litigation cases and he is an experienced trial attorney in the state and federal courts in both New York and Massachusetts.
April M. Dalbec is a member the of firm’s matrimonial, family law, personal injury, and criminal defense practice groups. Ms. Dalbec is an experienced civil and criminal litigator who litigates in both state and federal matters. She has extensive trial and litigation experience, including high profile criminal matters, and has handled successful civil matters resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients.
Mr. Barry’s practice also includes commercial lending wherein he represents both lenders and borrowers. He is one of a select group of attorneys in New York who is certified by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) as a designated closing attorney under the SBA’s 504 Loan Program. Mr. Barry routinely handles multilender and multi-million dollar financing transactions throughout New York State.
Mr. Barry is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Ms. Dalbec is the President Elect of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association, having served as an active member on the board since 2006. Ms. Dalbec is also an executive committee member of the family law section of the New York State Bar Association, and a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Defenders Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, and Albany County Bar Association.
Ms. Dalbec is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of New York and District of Vermont, District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
