Bruce J. Wagner presented “Matrimonial Update” on December 3, 2019 for the New York State Judicial Institute’s Court Attorney Legal Update Program held in Saratoga, to an audience of court attorneys and referees employed in Supreme Court and Family Court in the Capital Region and Upstate New York area. He will present “Matrimonial Case Update: The Year in Review” at the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section’s Annual Meeting Program, to an expected gathering of over 300 judges, referees, court attorneys and matrimonial lawyers in Manhattan on January 30, 2020. The topics covered at both sessions include recent developments in the law pertaining to adoption, agreements, child support, counsel fees, custody, enforcement, equitable distribution, evidence, family offenses, maintenance, temporary relief, new legislation and court rules.

NYSBA’s annual Update program has been at the forefront of its annual CLE offerings for more than 30 years and Mr. Wagner has presented his “Matrimonial & Family Law Update” at this event for over 15 years. The topics covered include recent developments in the law pertaining to agreements, child support, counsel fees, custody, enforcement, equitable distribution, evidence, family offenses, maintenance, new legislation and court rules, paternity and procedure.
