McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mathew P. Barry, Jacob F. Lamme, and Jeremy H. Speich have been named to the 2016 Upstate New York Rising Stars list.

Mathew P. Barry is a member of the firm’s banking, real estate and business litigation practice groups and was recently named a Rising Star in banking law.  Mr. Barry represents business owners and financial institutions in all facets of commercial lending and real estate transactions.  Mr. Barry routinely handles multi-lender and multi-million dollar financing transactions throughout New York State.

Jacob F. Lamme is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Land Use & Zoning practice groups, and was recently named a Rising Star in business litigation.  Mr. Lamme provides litigation and corporate counsel to local, statewide, national and international businesses in a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, labor and employment disputes, real property tax assessment challenges, and Article 78 proceedings.  Mr. Lamme practices in state and federal courts, and he also provides advice and counsel to clients seeking to avoid litigation.

The Law Firm of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. is pleased to announce that Hunter D. Raines has joined the firm as an associate, working in the Firm’s Corporate Law, Commercial Real Estate, Federal and State Taxation, Banking and Thrifts, and Not-for-Profit Organization practice areas.

Mr. Raines provides counsel to clients in connection the formation and operation of corporations and limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and commercial lending transactions. He also assists not-for-profit organizations on issues of formation, federal and state tax exemption, and general operational concerns.

Mr. Raines was previously employed at a downstate law firm where he represented entities in merger and acquisition transactions, commercial real estate lending transactions, and in the preparation of commercial entity organizational documents and agreements. He further assisted with the prosecution of real estate foreclosure actions, and assisted in matters related to federal and state income tax issues. Mr. Raines was also previously employed as the Senior Attorney to the New York State Deputy Commissioner of Higher Education at the Education Department.

Mathew P. Barry practices in the firm’s litigation and commercial lending groups with a focus on commercial litigation and real property disputes for businesses and individuals. Mr. Barry has been involved in numerous complex litigation cases and he is an experienced trial attorney in the state and federal courts in both New York and Massachusetts.

April M. Dalbec is a member the of firm’s matrimonial, family law, personal injury, and criminal defense practice groups. Ms. Dalbec is an experienced civil and criminal litigator who litigates in both state and federal matters. She has extensive trial and litigation experience, including high profile criminal matters, and has handled successful civil matters resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients.
