NOTICE TO CLIENTS- Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions

The world is grappling with an issue of enormous scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). McNamee Lochner P.C. is concerned about the health and safety of its employees and clients.  The Firm has taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this developing public health impact, including increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures.  The Firm has procedures in place to implement the social distancing suggested by the Federal Government.  We have requested that our employees stay home or leave the office immediately if they feel ill. If the Firm’s clients have any symptoms of the Virus, or if you have recently traveled abroad, we request that you cancel any appointment at our office.  Instead, alternate arrangements can be made for client-attorney meetings, such as phone conferences and video calls.  Please contact our office to make alternative arrangements.

Our attorneys are able to work remotely from their homes and are able to connect to the firm’s computer network through our Citrix server.  They are also able to receive voice messages remotely and respond remotely.

For further information, please contact our office manager, Jason Plumer at plumer@mltw.com or 518.447.3204.  Thank you.
