The world is grappling with an issue of enormous scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). McNamee Lochner P.C. is concerned about the health and safety of its employees and clients.  The Firm has taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this developing public health impact, including increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures.  The Firm has procedures in place to implement the social distancing suggested by the Federal Government.  We have requested that our employees stay home or leave the office immediately if they feel ill. If the Firm’s clients have any symptoms of the Virus, or if you have recently traveled abroad, we request that you cancel any appointment at our office.  Instead, alternate arrangements can be made for client-attorney meetings, such as phone conferences and video calls.  Please contact our office to make alternative arrangements.

Our attorneys are able to work remotely from their homes and are able to connect to the firm’s computer network through our Citrix server.  They are also able to receive voice messages remotely and respond remotely.

He has argued various precedent-setting Labor Law Decisions in both the Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, including many of the early decisions establishing the Taylor Law. For the last 12 years, he has been rated a “Super Lawyer” by his peers in the field of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Walsh’s experience also includes the handling of complex labor and employment litigation as well as age, disability, and sexual discrimination litigation. For the last 20 years Walsh has devoted much of his practice to personal injury and Business Tort litigation.

Bruce J. Wagner presented “Matrimonial Update” on December 3, 2019 for the New York State Judicial Institute’s Court Attorney Legal Update Program held in Saratoga, to an audience of court attorneys and referees employed in Supreme Court and Family Court in the Capital Region and Upstate New York area.  He will present “Matrimonial Case Update: The Year in Review” at the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section’s Annual Meeting Program, to an expected gathering of over 300 judges, referees, court attorneys and matrimonial lawyers in Manhattan on January 30, 2020.  The topics covered at both sessions include recent developments in the law pertaining to adoption, agreements, child support, counsel fees, custody, enforcement, equitable distribution, evidence, family offenses, maintenance, temporary relief, new legislation and court rules.
