Davenport as Of Counsel, formerly partners at Lombardi, Walsh, Davenport and Amodeo. The recent hires expand, strengthen, and diversify the capabilities of the firm’s litigation and labor practice.

Richard P. Walsh, Jr. represents public and private sector clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has argued various precedent-setting Labor Law Decisions in both the Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, including many of the early decisions establishing the Taylor Law. For the last 12 years, he has been rated a “Super Lawyer” by his peers in the field of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Walsh’s experience also includes the handling of complex labor and employment litigation as well as age, disability, and sexual discrimination litigation. For the last 20 years Walsh has devoted much of his practice to personal injury and Business Tort litigation.
