The Law Firm of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. is pleased to announce that Nicholas L. Zapp has joined the firm as an associate, working in the firm’s Family Law, Environmental Law, Trusts and Estates, Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense practice areas.
Mr. Zapp is a graduate of Hobart College (magna cum laude) 2013, where he also played Division III Football, serving as Team Captain during his senior year. During his tenure at Hobart, the football team completed their first undefeated season in in almost 60 years.
After completing his Bachelor’s, Mr. Zapp attended Albany Law School of Union University, graduating magna cum laude in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Zapp served as Associate Editor for the Albany Law Review and participated in the Pro Bono Scholars program, a 12 week acceleration program which enabled him to work full time in the Columbia County Public Defender’s office while completing the academic requirements for his Juris Doctor. Through this program, Mr. Zapp was able to take the Bar Exam early. He was admitted to practice in the Third Department in June 2016.
