He has experience forming and administering family entities and has prepared sales to defective grantor trusts. Mr. Cirincione handles all phases of the administration of estates and trusts, including the preparation of estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings.
Glen P. Doherty, Employment & Labor
Mr. Doherty represents employers across New York State in all aspects of employment and labor law, with particular emphasis on employment discrimination, wage and hour litigation, wage and hour collective and class actions, multiple-plaintiff litigation, sexual harassment, employee benefit litigation, non-competition and wrongful discharge litigation, employee-contractor classification, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practices, collective bargaining and withdrawal liability. In addition to litigation, his practice includes advice and counsel on a broad range of matter such as discipline and discharge, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, governmental audits, drug and alcohol testing, safety and health compliance, handbooks, EEO compliance, plant closing and negotiation, and drafting and review of critical employment documents.
Michelle L. Haskin, Family Law
Michelle L. Haskin practices exclusively in the field of matrimonial and family law, concentrating on matrimonial and family law, custody, domestic violence, and interstate issues. Ms. Haskin has extensive experience in representing clients in both Supreme and Family Court.
Kevin Laurilliard, Construction Litigation
Mr. Laurilliard practices in the areas of construction and surety law, commercial law, bankruptcy law, and creditors’ rights law. He has successfully mediated, arbitrated and litigated a variety of construction, bankruptcy, and commercial law matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Laurilliard has extensive experience negotiating public and private contracts and addressing the multiple issues that arise during a construction project, thereby being instrumental in bringing the construction of a large chip manufacturing plant, a new train station, and the area’s first “green” library to fruition.
Christopher Massaroni, Business Litigation
Mr. Massaroni is a trial attorney with experience in many substantive areas, including complex commercial cases, personal injury and product liability cases, employment matters, and cases involving government officials and entities. He has extensive experience in the litigation of corporate and business disputes, and represents management in a variety of labor and employment matters. He also represents accident victims in wrongful death and major injury cases.
Scott C. Paton, Business Litigation
Mr. Paton practices in employment litigation, non-compete litigation, appellate practice, commercial litigation, and business disputes. He represents clients in Federal and State courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitration proceedings commenced under the Federal Arbitration Act.
Mr. Paton provides litigation services to local, statewide, national and international corporate clients in the areas of contract law, construction law, labor law and franchise law. He regularly represents individuals in labor and employment disputes, as well as complex civil litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
John J. Privitera, Environmental Litigation
Mr. Privitera assists clients in assessing risk, achieving compliance, solving problems, defending enforcement actions, developing projects, and resolving challenging environmental issues. He is active in all areas of environmental law including land use, environmental litigation, enforcement, citizen suits, regulatory affairs, compliance matters, hazardous wastes, and natural resource damages. He also provides advice and counsel regarding the environmental aspects of business transactions and energy matters.
Timothy B. Thornton, Estate Planning & Probate
Mr. Thornton’s areas of concentration are trusts and estates, wills, estate planning and administration, and estate litigation. His practice encompasses all aspects of trusts and estates law, including: financial and estate planning; drafting of trusts, wills and other instruments for wealth transfer; elder law; and probate and administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Thornton has represented numerous CEOs and professionals, business owners and their families, as well as local and national trust companies.
Bruce J. Wagner, Family Law
Mr. Wagner practices exclusively in the field of matrimonial and family law, and represents clients in the negotiation and litigation of pre-nuptial agreements, separation, and divorce. His areas of concentration include divorce, high net worth property cases, prenuptial agreements, interstate support, and international custody.
David J. Wukitsch, Business Litigation
David J. Wukitsch practices in the areas of civil litigation, labor and employment law, municipal law, and government procurements. In addition to having conducted several jury trials, he has represented individuals, governmental entities, and corporate clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Wukitsch also provides advice and counsel to local and national businesses on issues of labor law and employment law compliance.
