McNamee Lochner is respected throughout the Capital Region for passionate, vigorous and ethical representation of clients across a range of industries and with a variety of legal needs. We believe in the value of collaboration and have actively fostered a culture of inclusion within our firm. By supporting active participation in a variety of civic and cultural organizations, McNamee Lochner works to promote diversity and advance opportunities for minorities and women in our region and in the field of law.
Annually the firm participates in a Diversity Internship Program in partnership with the Albany County Bar Association. In the years since the program’s inception, hundreds of law students have received paid internship opportunities at law firms throughout the Capital Region, subsequently obtaining full-time law firm employment and becoming members of the Albany County Bar.
