The McNamee Law Firm is actively engaged in the public finance practice
in New York State and is listed in The Bond Buyer's Directory of
Municipal Bond Dealers as approved bond counsel.
In addition to our representation as bond counsel, we have represented
a large number of financial institutions in their respective credit
enhancement programs for municipal debt issues and are familiar
with their documentary and business requirements. We also have experience
as underwriter's counsel and are sensitive to the marketing and
legal concerns of the investment banking community. Our strength
