Our bankruptcy and reorganization practice group offers a broad
range of expertise in the fields of creditors' rights, bankruptcy,
workouts, corporate reorganization and receivership. Our attorneys
represent secured and unsecured creditors, debtors-in-possession,
trustees, and creditor committees in reorganization and liquidation
proceedings, including those involving troubled banks and other
financial institutions. Additionally, we regularly advise clients
about workouts outside bankruptcy. This includes structuring and
implementation of asset swaps and sales, and restructuring existing
debt or arranging for new or additional debt financing or investment.
