Mr. Wukitsch joined the firm in 1985 and has been a principal since 1991. Mr. Wukitsch received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Albany Law School of Union University in 1981, where he was a member of the Law Review. He received a M.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1978 and a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 1977. He served for three years as personal law clerk to Richard D. Simons, a former Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals. Mr. Wukitsch has lectured for the New York State Bar Association on evidentiary issues and has lectured and written articles on employment law topics.
Mr. Wukitsch practices in the areas of employment law and litigation, and has represented individuals, governmental entities, and corporate clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has conducted several jury trials. He also provides general advice and counsel to local and national businesses on issues of labor law compliance.
