Mr. Pastore joined the firm in 1990 and has been a principal since 1999. Mr. Pastore received a J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1990, and a B.A. degree in Government/International Relations from the University of Notre Dame in 1987. At the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Pastore was awarded the distinction of Dean's Honor Roll. At Albany Law School, Mr. Pastore was a member of the Moot Court Board, Environmental Law Moot Court Team and Entertainment Law Moot Court Team. Mr. Pastore is a member of the Albany County, Capital District Bankruptcy, New York State and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Pastore's practice areas include commercial and consumer collections, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and state court litigation. Mr. Pastore is a member of the Firm's Collection Department and represents various banks, financial institutions, lenders and creditors. Mr. Pastore devotes substantial time to the collection of consumer and commercial debts, and to the enforcement of money judgments. He has represented creditors in contract disputes, replevin matters and loan workouts, and has handled personal injury litigation. Mr. Pastore is also admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York.
