Mr. Haase joined the firm in 1966. He has been a principal of the firm since 1971, and is a former managing principal. Mr. Haase received a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1966 and a B.A. degree from Williams College in 1963. Mr. Haase is a member and former director of the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York, and has been a speaker at continuing legal education programs. He is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations. Mr. Haase has been named in The Best Lawyers in America since 1989.
Mr. Haase's practice is concentrated in the area of estate and trust law, and includes estate planning, drafting of trust agreements and wills, the probate and administration of estates and the preparation of gift, estate and income tax returns.
