Mathew P. Barry initially joined the firm in 2003 as a litigation associate focusing on the litigation of civil matters before state and federal courts. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University in 2003 and his B.A degree in Political Science from Union College in 2000. He was an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review. Mr. Barry co-authored an article entitled "Judicial Opinion on the Criminality of Sports Violence in the United States" published by the Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law (2005).

Prior to rejoining the firm in 2006, Mr. Barry practiced civil litigation for two years at Ryan, Coughlin & Betke, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Barry's practice in Boston focused on defense litigation on a wide variety of civil matters including construction, personal injury and professional malpractice actions. Presently at McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams P.C., Mr. Barry's practice focuses on civil litigation, including commercial litigation, estate litigation and real estate transactions.

Mr. Barry is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and Massachusetts.
