Our firm represents both large and small businesses, developers and institutional lenders in connection with the development, finance, sale, purchase and leasing of commercial real estate. Our firm assists clients in connection with pre-acquisition due diligence, drafting of letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements, negotiating of financing documents, regulatory approvals, coordination of title matters and the ordering of title insurance commitments. Also, in connection with our Environmental Practice Group, we advise our clients and coordinate environmental due diligence to limit exposure and liability with respect to federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations.

The Firm is examining counsel and an authorized agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
