Jeremy H. Speich joined the firm in 2002 and became a principal in 2010.

Mr. Speich represents new, emerging and established businesses in connection with business, succession and tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of businesses, raising capital via debt and equity financing, including private placements to raise venture capital, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, commercial loan transactions, licensing and regulation of professional entities and the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and partnerships.  He counsels various not-for-profit organizations and civic groups on issues of formation, operation and tax-exempt status.  Mr. Speich also represents clients in disputes with federal and state taxing authorities.
