Paul C. Pastore joined the firm in 1990 and has been a principal since 1999. As a member of the Commercial Litigation Department, Mr. Pastore's practice areas included contract disputes, bankruptcy and general state court commercial litigation.

Mr. Pastore represents various banks, financial institutions, lenders and creditors. Mr. Pastore devotes time to the collection of consumer and commercial debts, and to the enforcement of money judgments. He relies upon the procedures available under NY CLPR, Article 52, in handling thousands of cases from pre-litigation to post-judgment. Mr. Pastore has also represented creditors in replevin matters and loan workouts, and has handled personal injury and real estate matters.
