John Kinum joined the firm in 1976 as a principal, served as its president from 1993 until 2002, and assumed the position as "Of Counsel" in 2002. Mr. Kinum's practice areas are concentrated in commercial real estate and business financing, commercial law, banking law, wills and estates.
His banking and corporate clients regularly provide debt and equity financing in connection with real estate acquisitions, fixed and trading asset financing, asset-based lending, and import and export financing and he works regularly with state and federally sponsored lending programs.
