Michael Hall joined the firm in 1992. He practices in the areas of construction law, banking law and commercial litigation, concentrating on complex commercial litigation matters and bank fraud. He also represents local governments and regional entities in cooperative regional project development and management, including development projects for the Capital District Youth Center and for the Capital District Regional Planning Commission.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Hall served for two years as an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. He served for eight years as the 11th Ward representative on the Albany City Common Council, three of those years as the body's President Pro Tempore.
