Robert L. Dorfman, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the firm as of counsel in 1995. His areas of practice are concentrated in individual and corporation taxation, estate planning, and administration of estates and trusts. He advises individuals, business executives and owners of closely-held businesses with respect to corporate, estate, probate and gift tax matters and in the restructuring of closely-held businesses

Mr. Dorfman is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Tax Court of the United States.
