Listed in The Bond Buyer's Directory of Municipal Bond Dealers as approved bond counsel, the McNamee Law Firm is engaged in the public finance practice in the State of New York and understands the regulatory structure inherent in the practice. In addition to our representation as bond counsel, we have represented a large number of financial institutions in their respective credit enhancement programs for municipal debt issues and are familiar with their documentary and business requirements. We also have experience as underwriter's counsel.
