Billing According to Your Needs
Our billing structure is historically based on time and actual expenses. When appropriate, we are able to set task-based fees or cap the cost of a project. We provide hourly rates for each attorney upon request and offer computerized billing to our clients with an itemized description of each service provided and the time expended. We can bill monthly or quarterly as work progresses or according to our client's needs.
We employ a number of cost control measures that allow us to provide our services economically, including the use of skilled paralegals when appropriate. We offer a number of creative alternative retainer and billing arrangements with regular clients to keep costs low, increase communication and enhance our client relationships.
