Amy O’Connor is Chair of the firm's Trusts, Estates & Elder Law Department. With a concentration in elder law, estate planning, and trust and estate administration, her practice encompasses all aspects of trusts and estates law and elder law, including probate and administration of estates and trusts, establishment of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, health care proxies, living wills, and powers of attorney.  

A major part of Amy's practice involves assisting elderly clients and their families with legal and tax issues including estate tax planning, preservation of assets, long-term care planning, eligibility for governmental benefits including Medicaid, disability planning, supplemental needs trusts and guardianship proceedings.
